Project Planning Coordinators

Responsible for building and developing events & programs of various size, uniqueness, and complexity. These officers will also be setting the event calendars and themes for the organization. In addition, these officers will be responsible for the creations of all future Aggies United signature events/programs.
Marketing
Create and ensure that effective advertising is done to "promote" all organizational affairs, including but not limited to: grants, publications, flyers/signs, social media, newspapers/radio, photography, branding.
Finance
Develop and lead an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and forecasting, budgeting, fundraising, and financial workshops
Directors of Events and Programs
Responsible for the execution and step-by-step planning process, logistics, and external and internal communication among officers. These officers will serve as the immediate contact personnel for special events, fundraisers, and recruitment drives, as well as the on site officers at all events/programs.
Team Development
Responsible for building and developing events & programs for members and officers of Aggies United. These officers will plan all socials and retreats. In addition, these officers will be responsible for creating and maintaining our alumni network.
Student Inclusion
Responsible for researching and analyzing the needs of our community and campus. Collectively you will design and deliver presentations, workshops , and provide facilitation in support of the efforts for diversification and student inclusiveness within the campus community. These individuals are responsible for facilitation among on-campus organizations, as well as the recruitment and retention officers and community service.
